Although most of my portrait sessions take place in the studio, I also offer outdoor family photography throughout Gloucestershire. Heading outside offers a more natural feel to studio photography and can make for a less daunting experience for younger children. With minimal direction and posing, the sessions are focused on your family at its best. Enjoy a stroll, let the kids run around and I’ll be there to capture the moments that make you YOU.

This year, why not head to one of these beautiful locations for some really special family photographs? These seasonal specials are bookable with a £69 session fee.
Cotswold Lavender farm is a stunning location for a family photoshoot. The lavender is only in full bloom for a handful of weeks each summer and is truly a sight to behold. Typically the lavender is at its best early to mid July, however this does vary slightly from year to year. Sessions can be pre-booked at any point throughout the year, with dates confirmed once the farm has released its opening times for the year.
In addition to offering autumn photoshoots in the local area, this year I’ll be heading a bit further afield to offer family photo sessions at the spectacular Westonbirt Arboretum. If you thought the colours in this photograph were beautiful, then you’re in for a treat at Westonbirt!
Are you looking for a unique experience where you can take some time out as a family to explore the sights that the Cotswolds has to offer? What if you could capture all the fun and preserve those precious moments so that you can always look back fondly on your time together in this beautiful part of the country? That’s exactly what the Cotswold Photography Trail is for! Click here to find out more.
No, I’m afraid not, due to the preparation and travel times involved.
In the first instance, please get in touch to see if your available date is free. If you’re ready to book, I’ll follow up our call with details of how to pay your £100 deposit, as well as a standard contract that explains all the relevant terms and conditions. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until your deposit has been paid and the contract signed.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event taking place.
Standard terms and conditions can be found here.
Providing I have the availability, I am able to grant extensions on the day at a cost of £100 per hour. Full payment must be made within 24 hours of the event concluding.
After your photoshoot, your photographs will be edited to my highest standards before being presented to you. This process typically takes two weeks, however may take a little longer during busy periods. As soon as your photographs are ready, you’ll be invited back for your personal view and order session, where you’ll be able to view your photographs and choose the packages and products that you would like to purchase.
Please note that some mini sessions and event photography packages may not include a personal view and order session; in these cases you will be provided with an online gallery from which to download your photographs.
Yes, I am able to travel further providing I have the availability. Additional travel costs apply.
I’d love to! But I will never show your photographs to anyone without your consent. When you sign your portrait photography contract, you’ll be asked permission to use photographs from your session for marketing purposes. I know that some people feel uneasy about this until they’ve seen their images and that’s fine. You’re welcome to make up your mind at your view and order session and, if you’re happy for me to share your beautiful images with the world, I’ll simply fill ask you to fill in a model release consent form. And of course, if you’d prefer they stayed private, then that’s absolutely fine as well.
I wrote a blog post which goes into a little more detail about this here.
