Santa’s Grotto Experience
Join us for a magical festive experience and create childhood memories to last a lifetime
Each year, we hold a magical Santa’s Grotto experience where children can meet the one and only Father Christmas.
Tickets are just £14 per household and include a gift for each child. You and your children will also have the opportunity to pose for the camera in our festive sets which switch up every year. (Check out our socials for all the latest info!)
Photographs of the experience will be available for purchase shortly after the event, leaving you plenty of time to arrange all those personalised Christmas gifts! Photographs are available from just £55.

We wanted [Eloise] to meet Santa without lots of people and queues and where it wouldn’t be rushed if our daughter got a dose of shyness, so this was perfect.
Katie managed to get some lovely photos for us to treasure. She hasn’t stopped talking about meeting Santa since.

To ensure a smooth booking process, please read through the following FAQs. If you still have any questions, please do get in touch.
Where is the grotto?
My studio is located at my home in Longlevens, moments off the A40 and M5 motorway, making it ideally situated for clients in Gloucester, Cheltenham and further afield.
Can I change my appointment date or time?
All bookings are final. Changes to your booking may not be possible due to the limited availability of tickets.
Can we bring a friend/wider family member?
The Santa’s Grotto experience is designed for one household only. If you’d like to get some photographs of your children with cousins or friends, then this must be arranged in advance – make sure you book back-to-back sessions and then get in touch so we can confirm all the details.
What are the nice list medals?
The nice list medals are a really gorgeous way of adding some extra magic to your children’s experience. Please note the medals are not toys and should not be used without adult supervision.
What should we wear?
This depends on our set each year, but generally you can’t go wrong with your finest outfits, Christmas jumpers or PJs! Classic outfits will give a more timeless feel to your photographs.
When will the photographs from the session be ready?
Within seven days of your appointment, you’ll receive a link to your gallery where you can view and purchase your photographs. Digital images will be available for immediate download.
What are the terms and conditions?
Standard studio T&Cs can be found here. Ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given. If the event has to cancel for whatever reason, we will rearrange to the 11th November.
